  1. Removal of Deceased from ANYWHERE* in New Jersey
  2. Securing, Filing and Securing Copies (Town Charge Only) of the Death Certificate
  3. Secure Cremation Permit
  4. Supply Cremation Casket (Cardboard Casket) as Required by the Crematory
  5. Provide Transportation to the Crematory
  6. Secure Cremated Remains from the Crematory
  7. Delivery of Cremated Remains to Anywhere in the United States
  8. Social Security Notification
  9. All Gratuities, Tolls, Postage and Telephone

SERVICE OPTION OF ONE DAY VIEWING AND SERVICE: $1,495.00**

* Extra assistance, when required, $65.00/attendant; Extra mileage fee may apply.
